In-House Detailing
Our detailing team is based in Melbourne’s western suburbs and made up of qualified professionals with solid engineering backgrounds. Being local, we’re available for phone support or in-person meetings to make sure every part of the project is well considered.
We use Tekla 3D modelling to produce accurate, high-quality steel detailing, which can also integrate Architectural BIM and Light Gauge Steel models to meet the specific needs of each client.
Collaboration
We work closely with external consultants, builders, and site managers to ensure all structural elements align seamlessly with architectural plans.
Understanding that each builder has a unique approach, we adapt our process to suit. This hands-on, collaborative method enhances efficiency, reduces on-site errors, and results in significant time and cost savings.
Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art workshop is built for high-volume fabrication without compromising on quality. Every beam is custom-manufactured to meet individual project specifications and Australian structural standards.
Our processing line is directly integrated with Tekla, streamlining the flow from model to manufacture and reducing the risk of human error.
Installation
Our in-house installation team—supported by our own fleet of cranes and access equipment—ensures steel structures are erected safely, efficiently, and to specification. Our crew includes certified boilermakers, riggers, crane operators, and spotters, all holding First Aid and Working with Children checks.
We maintain a strong safety culture, regularly updating our OHS systems and SWMS documentation. We also stand by our work—if something isn’t right, we’ll return and make it right. Our commitment to quality, safety, and accountability keeps your project on track from start to finish.
